C. THUMB LENGTH – Length from thumb finger tip to base of thumb crease.
D. PALM CIRCUMFERENCE – Circumference of palm starting at base of thumb webbing.
E. WRIST CIRCUMFERENCE – Circumference of wrist measured at the base of palm.
