Your Consumer Right of Return and Refund

• You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the product (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
• This does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.
• To cancel: email info@sunsibility.co.uk or write to 88 Jasmin Road, Epsom, Surrey KT19 9EA.
• Return the products within 14 days of cancellation notice, at your own cost (unless faulty/misdescribed).

• Reimbursement is made within 14 days of receiving returned goods (using the same payment method).
• Deductions may be made for loss in value from unnecessary handling beyond what would be allowed in a shop.
• Faulty/misdescribed goods: full refund including delivery and reasonable return costs.
